2012–2014 China's Earth Observation and Earth Science Development

Human beings are now facing global and regional sustainable development challenges.In China, Earth observation data play a fundamental role in Earth system science research. The support given by Earth observation data is required by many studies, including those on Earth's limited natural resources, the rapid development of economic and social needs, global change, extreme events, food security, water resources, sustainable economic and urban development, and emergency response. Application operation systems in many ministries and departments in China have entered a stage of sustainable development, and the State Key Project of High-Resolution Earth Observation Systems has been progressing since 2006. Earth observation technology in China has entered a period of rapid development.     

Electrostatic accelerometer with bias rejection for gravitation and Solar System physics

Radio tracking of interplanetary probes is an important tool for navigation purposes as well as for testing the laws of physics or exploring planetary environments. The addition of an accelerometer on board a spacecraft provides orbit determination specialists and physicists with an additional observable of great interest: it measures the value of the non-gravitational acceleration acting on the spacecraft, i.e. the departure of the probe from geodesic motion.     

大力开展继续教育不断加强航空人才培养

科技、人才、教育是21世纪航空工业发展中举足轻重的三要素。科技的发展靠人才,人才的培养靠教育。继续教育作为教育的一部分,是培养高素质人才的重要途径。继续教育为我所培养了科研、生产、管理急需的人才。实施继续教育登记制度,是强化继续教育管理,激励专业技术人员主动参加继续教育的一种手段,有利于人才的培养和成长。

从哲学视角论述了现代系统科学的产生与发展，探讨其与马克思主义辩证只唯物史观的内在联系，并且从博大精深的古老中华文化里探究系统观念之渊源。     

科技资源信息检索关键技术

科技资源具有地理分布广、异构、复杂、海量的特点,为了高效查找和使用科技资源,提出了实现科技资源组织、表示、传输和访问的有效方法.设计了数据层、数据连接层和表示层3层体系架构,使检索系统具有开放性和扩展性.利用元数据技术实现科技资源的统一组织和表示,并基于轻量级目录访问协议LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)的目录服务机制实现了科技资源元数据的存储和访问.提出了科技资源信息检索的多级缓冲机制和结果排序模型,对数据查询的性能进行了分析和优化,提高了查询速度,并可优先返回价值高的查询结果.      

LRO和LCROSS探月计划：科学探测的分析与启示

简要阐述了美国的月球勘测轨道器（LRO）和月球坑观测与遥感卫星（LCROSS）两个月球探测器的任务概况,并重点分析了其科学目标、有效载荷与探测任务,总结了LRO和LCROSS的初步探测成果,提出了对未来月球探测的几点启示：①月球南极是探月竞争的战略制高点;②高分辨地形测绘是探月重点;③月球上的水是热点科学问题;④月面环...     

语言处理的基本运算集

从属性和实体两个角度对语言处理中的基本运算进行了分类研究,系统定义了两级基本运算集:属性派生运算集、实体转化运算集.这些研究增强了语言处理的可计算性,有助于建立更经济的知识处理模式、更通用的信息描述机制.     

Cassini Radio Science

Cassini radio science investigations will be conducted both during the cruise (gravitational wave and conjunction experiments) and the Saturnian tour of the mission (atmospheric and ionospheric occultations, ring occultations, determinations of masses and gravity fields). New technologies in the construction of the instrument, which consists of a portion on-board the spacecraft and another portion on the ground, including the use of the Ka-band signal in addition to that of the S- and X-bands, open opportunities for important discoveries in each of the above scientific areas, due to increased accuracy, resolution, sensitivity, and dynamic range.This revised version was published online in July 2005 with a corrected cover date.     

地方工科院校“智能科学与技术专业”实践教学体系的构建

针对智能科学与技术专业特点并结合西安邮电大学实际情况,提出以教学机器人为实验平台的创新型实践教学体系。重点介绍课程设计等集中实践教学环节的内容设置和考核方法,给出实验室课外开放实验项目开展方案。实践表明,创新型实践教学体系的构建,激发了学生的学习兴趣,增强了学生的实践动手能力和创新意识。     

航空兵编队与舰艇编队对抗数理战术

舰艇编队防空武器多样,防空区域层次明确,防空能力相对较强,在基于舰艇编队任务模式和编队组成分析基础上,对其防空系统策略进行研究;针对航空兵的快速机动性和战术灵活性,建立战术攻击策略库,结合基于毁伤等级的毁伤效果评估,进行了航空兵编队对舰艇编队数理战术研究,从而为战术决策提供依据,最后指出进一步研究的方向。
